If you’re a broker
See the answer before you tender.
- Stop guessing from a certificate and a text to a colleague. Get a clear book, a named condition to fix, or a pass — for this commodity, this value, this temperature.
- Put 34°F, continuous run, and pre-cool on the rate confirmation so the spec isn’t folklore in a notes field.
- If the unit flips to cycle on the highway, hear about it while you can still call dispatch — not after the receiver rejects the fruit.
- If it still goes wrong, send one file. Not six weeks of he-said-she-said while the shipper deducts the loss.
